A showcase of some of our cars from over the years.

The JDS Sphinx at Gurston Down in late 1970s, originally built by John Frampton with a Richard Longman mini engine. It’s been through many hands since.

Our first foray into Porsche 911 cars – the 996 GT3 Cup Car with a manual gearbox.

We moved onto a later version of the Porsche Cup Car with this 997 GT3, which was built with a central mounted sequential shift gearbox.

After many years competing in a variety of single seaters, we went the whole hog and bought one of David Gould’s GR37s based on a Ralt Formula 3 carbon tub chassis and fitted with an ex Benetton Cosworth 3500cc F1 engine (allegedly driven by the one and only Michael Schumacher) with a 4 speed Hewland FDG Gearbox.

View of the Cosworth 3500cc DFR F1 engine, which produced in excess of 600 bhp. We ran the car in the late 1990s and it is now owned by Terry Graves from Cornwall, who still gives it an occasional outing, especially at Anglesea Sprints where he has topped 200 mph.
